DELIVERY & ORDERS

Is it possible to pre-order items that are unavailable?

We are unable to accept advance orders for sizes that are currently out of stock. However, you can select the option to be notified when the item is restocked. We will send you an email with a link to purchase it as soon as it becomes available.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. If you wish to cancel your order and it has not yet been dispatched, please contact our customer service team at shop@thehatculture.com and we will do our best to fulfil your request.

Once your order has been dispatched we’re unable to cancel it but orders can be returned for a refund using our returns service. For more information on how to return your order, please read our returns policy.

How long does delivery typically take?

Delivery Information

We prioritize fast delivery, with different timelines depending on your location:

Lagos Orders: If you place your order within Lagos before 9:00 AM, we aim for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered on the following day.

Outside Lagos Orders: Orders placed outside the Lagos vicinity typically arrive within 3 working days. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your specific location and distance.

How do I return an item?

We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it unworn and unused within 48hrs after receiving your item.

If you require a different size, we would be pleased to exchange your item for the identical product, provided that the terms of our returns policy are met.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–10 business days. Standard delivery in Lagos is within 5 business days, while Standard delivery for orders outside Lagos is within 10 business days.

Express Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 1 – 4 business days. Next day delivery in Lagos is within 1-2 business days if order is placed before 9:00am of that day.

Priority Shipping

  • Estimated Delivery: 1-3 business days. Same-day delivery for Lagos orders before 9:00 am of that day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 pm, Nigeria, West Africa Standard Time Zone, may be processed on the next business day.
    During peak seasons, such as holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
  • You can track your order’s progress by clicking on the tracking link in the email or by entering the tracking number on the carrier’s website (e.g., GIG, FedEx, UPS, DHL).
  • You may also track your order on our website, by going to the “Track your order” page, and inputting your order number and email.

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery failures.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after the order has been processed.

Delivery Issues

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • If your package is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly, and then contact our customer service.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Other information

The Hat Culture’s liability ends upon successful delivery. We assume no responsibility for post-delivery damages. The Hat Culture is not liable for items received by anyone other than the intended recipient.
Any shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the same day as delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped.

Free pick up in stores after 24 hours of placing the order. Customers must sign for all orders upon receipt.
At delivery, the customer must ascertain that the order is correct and delivered in good condition before signing. Delivery time commences after order has been processed and a first attempt of delivery is made.
